Every conversation contains structured information: budget, timeline, property type, family size, pain points. Voxinity extracts these mid-call and writes them back to your CRM as custom fields and tags.

Setup

  1. Connect GHL via OAuth.
  2. Sub-Account → Variables → Auto-import GHL Custom Fields. Every custom field on your location becomes a Voxinity variable.
  3. Agent → Variables → toggle which ones the AI should attempt to collect.
  4. After each call, update_contact runs automatically with the collected values.

Outcome tags

Configure outcome → tag mappings in Agent → Post-Call Actions. Examples:

  • outcome=qualified → tag 'voxinity-qualified'
  • outcome=not_interested → tag 'do-not-call-back'
  • outcome=callback_requested → tag 'callback-scheduled' + create GHL appointment
Pipelines
Pro plans can also move contacts between pipeline stages based on outcome. E.g., 'qualified' → move from 'New Lead' to 'Booked Consult'.
