Voxinity has two charges: (1) a fixed monthly subscription for the plan, and (2) a USD balance you top up that's drawn against usage. There are no surprise overage fees.

Topping up
Settings → Billing → Top-Up. Pick any amount $10–$10,000. Charged to your saved card via Stripe. Auto-top-up can be enabled to refill when balance drops below your threshold.
Re-billing your clients
On Agency/Pro, enable Re-Billing on a sub-account to charge the client directly at a markup you set. Voxinity invoices them, splits revenue automatically, and the sub-account uses its own balance.
