Connect Your CRM via OAuth

Voxinity supports OAuth connections to LeadConnector and other CRMs at the sub-account level. Once connected, contacts, calendars, custom fields, and pipelines are available to your AI agents without any manual mapping.
Connecting LeadConnector
- Open the sub-account dashboard → Integrations → CRM.
- Click Connect LeadConnector. You'll be redirected to LeadConnector's OAuth screen.
- Approve the requested scopes (contacts, calendars, conversations, opportunities, locations, workflows).
- After redirect you'll land back in Voxinity with a green Connected badge.
What syncs automatically
- Contacts — read/write, including custom fields and tags.
- Calendars — each calendar appears as a bookable resource for the book_appointment tool.
- Conversations — every AI call/SMS lands in the contact's LeadConnector conversation history.
- Notes — every call summary is appended as a contact Note.
- Tags — outcome tags configured per agent are applied after each call.
External sub-accounts
If a sub-account lives in a different agency than your Voxinity-connected location, you can still pair it: pass that sub-account's OAuth token through the same flow. It will appear as an external connection in the integration list.
Reconnecting / revoking
Tokens auto-refresh in the background. If the connection breaks (revoked from CRM side, password change, etc.) the integration card flips to red. Click Reconnect to re-run OAuth. You can also disconnect from the same screen — no data is deleted, but sync stops immediately.
