Invite Your Team & Sub-Account Clients

Three role models: agency team members, sub-account operators, and read-only client viewers.

Voxinity has three invite flows depending on who you're bringing in. Pick the one that matches the level of access you want to grant.

Agency team (full access)

Workspace → Settings → Team → Invite. Roles: Admin (everything), Member (most things, no billing), Viewer (read-only). They can see every sub-account under your agency.

Sub-account operators (single client)

Open the sub-account → Settings → Access → Invite. They get a scoped login that only sees that one sub-account. Useful for handing off ongoing management to a client's marketing person.

Client portal (read-only)

Sub-account → Settings → Client Portal → Generate Magic Link. Sends a passwordless link that shows the client live call/SMS analytics, recordings, and outcomes. No edit access — perfect for monthly reporting.

Sub-account limit
Each plan has a sub-account cap (Launchpad 1, Starter 3, Agency 10, Pro unlimited). Inviting clients via Client Portal does not count against the cap.
