Interaction Memory — One Brain Across Every Channel
How Voxinity remembers a contact across voice, SMS, and chat for months at a time.

Interaction Memory is Voxinity's differentiator: a single, durable memory of every interaction with a contact, available to every agent on every channel, with zero configuration.
What gets remembered
- Every voice call transcript, summary, and outcome.
- Every SMS thread in full.
- Every chat widget conversation.
- Every booked appointment, tag applied, and note written.
How agents use it
When a call or chat starts, Voxinity pulls the contact's last 90 days of interactions, summarizes them, and injects the summary into the agent's system prompt as a 'Prior Context' section. The agent can reference previous conversations naturally — 'Last time we spoke you mentioned looking at the 3-bedroom listing — is that still what you're considering?'
Privacy controls
- Memory is scoped to a sub-account. Agent A in Sub-Account 1 never sees memory from Sub-Account 2.
- Toggle off per agent under Agent → Behavior → Memory.
- Delete a contact's memory from Contacts → ⋯ → Wipe Memory.
No other platform offers durable cross-channel memory by default. It's the single biggest reason callers come back saying 'they remembered me.'
